Vicki’s passion is providing advisory services to Far North First Nation communities and Tribal Councils, promoting economic development through reconciliation.

An economic development expert for over three decades, Vicki Blanchard excels at project management and building strategic alliances. She has been successfully forging partnerships with industry, government, and First Nations since 1991, Northern Ontario Business recognized her as one of the Regions Top Five Leaders.

In 2022, Vicki was appointed by Lac Seul and Cat Lake First Nations’ to be the lead consultant for Ontario’s first Anishinaabe-Led Impact Assessment on First Mining Gold Springpole Project. She is currently leading the development of Cat Lake First Nation’s Bio-economy Project and All-Season Road development.
