Known for his candid ‘tell it how it is style’ Don has been a keynote speaker across the globe and worked with over 100 of the biggest brands, earning him the reputation of a trusted advisor and expert in optimizing ROI and driving brand results.

Nadia is a marketing expert who has implemented leading edge strategies by interpreting market trends and activities during her 25-year career at Bell, Nortel, Open Text and Canada Post. Nadia has been at Canada Post for 19 years and has worked on hundreds of B2B and B2C marketing initiatives. In her current role, she divides her attention between two portfolios. One of them is sales enablement and the second is events where she has had to quickly evolve the company’s strategy to reach customers when all in-person events were cancelled. Nadia has 3 children, and In her spare time, she enjoys doing yoga.

A former Disney Cast Member, Michael has a passion for creating amazing customer experiences from the first moment they become a customer through each renewal. With a background of over a decade developing, marketing, and supporting both virtual meetings and events software, Michael has taken on the role of VP of Customer Experience and is focused on delivering a personalized, exceptional experience to prospects, customers, and anyone who encounters the Swoogo brand. From developing and managing his own 501(c)(3) nonprofit to editing his own Star Wars prequel cut, Michael is never afraid to roll up his sleeves to create awesome experiences — an attitude he applies daily in the event tech space.
