Natalie has been a Director at CCIB’s 2022, leading the Indigenous Procurement Program, Supply Change™. The program works to ensure Indigenous businesses are full participants in the supply chains of corporate Canada and government.
Natalie has over 12 years of private and public sector sustainable and Indigenous procurement experience. Her leadership on the implementation of sustainable procurement practices for Municipal government received both the City Manager Award of Excellence and the Sustainable Procurement Leadership Council (SPLC) Outstanding Case Study Award. Her work in the private sector included engagement with local Indigenous communities, driving Indigenous spend targets and leading the cultural awareness program for a large international construction company. She is a trained Innovation Coach, Facilitator and Change Manager with a passion for socially conscious procurement, collaborative solutions and fostering relationships.
