Beverly Nollert currently serves as the Independent Electricity System Operator’s Director of Transmission Planning. In this role, Beverly leads the Division responsible for identifying electricity infrastructure needed to meet future electricity needs in Ontario resulting from demand growth, economic development and connection of new supply resources.
Beverly has 20 years of experience in Ontario’s electricity sector, holding several leadership roles in system planning and regulatory affairs at the IESO, as well as previous roles at Ontario Power Generation and consulting to support the nuclear sector in Ontario. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering from Western University, and an MBA from the Ted Rogers School of Management at Toronto Metropolitan University.
