Hotel Accommodations
Due to accommodation availability, some attendees may be required to share a 2-bedroom suite with a colleague. Each guest is guaranteed their own bedroom and bathroom with a shared common space in the suite.

Travel Information
You will need to select one of the following options for transportation:
- I am within 3 hours drive of Deerhurst Resort and will provide my own transportation. Parking and mileage will be reimbursed. To view the full list of areas under 3 hours drive CLICK HERE.
- I am a 3.5-hour or more drive to Deerhurst and would like to be included in the shuttle transportation available. To view the full list of areas where shuttle transportation will be provided CLICK HERE. NOTE: Some buses will be departing on Sunday, September 11, 2022. Accommodations on Sunday night will be provided at Deerhurst Resort.
- I am travelling from Thunder Bay/Sault Ste. Marie and will require flight and ground transportation. NOTE: Flights may be booked on Sunday, September 11, 2022. Accommodations on Sunday night will be provided at Deerhurst Resort.
- I prefer to forgo the transportation method offered for my home base and will be travelling to SMC at my own expense.
Activities Description
Activities are open to all event attendees.
Please choose ONE of the following activities when completing your online registration.
All activities will take place on Tuesday, September 13th, 2022.
- Activity selection is based on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Each guest will have the opportunity to make a first and second activity selection.
- Should an activity reach capacity, guests will be assigned their next available selection.
- Final activity selections will be subject to availability and confirmed in registration packages sent at the end of August.

Those who prefer an afternoon of leisure and networking, join us at the Games Garden overlooking the waterfront.
Muskoka brewery will be offering a variety of flight tasting options including a specialty brew only available at Deerhurst resort! While enjoying your snacks and beverages, feel free to engage in some healthy competition while playing some lawn games.

Guided Hike
Maximum 80 people, 40 people per group
1:30 PM and 2:30 PM departure times
You will enjoy a casual hike through tight trails with beautiful surroundings. Our Naturalist Guide will interpret the local wildlife, flora and fauna and take you to our lookout. A camera is a must as the view from the top is spectacular.

Golf
Maximum 144 golfers

Deerhurst’s highland golf course is characterized by Muskoka's iconic rugged beauty, granite outcroppings, and breathtaking views, setting the stage for Muskoka to become a top Canadian golf destination.
18-hole shotgun tournament.

Tree Top Trekking
Maximum 60 people, 30 people per group
1:30 PM and 2:30 PM departure times
Deerhurst’s treetop challenge courses are made of innovative games like suspended bridges, Tarzan swings, monkey cables and balance logs, and of course, lots of zip lines to get your adrenaline pumping! All of the parks have a wide range of courses ranging in difficulty from beginner to expert so there is sure to be something for everyone. Includes a zipline!

- Group 1 depart at 12:40 PM
- Group 2 depart at 1:40 PM

- Restrictions: Minimum height of 4’7” (55 inches) and for safety reasons, weight maximum is 250lbs.
