Click here to review your registration details or update your registration to include family members or friends by clicking the button ‘Modify Registration’.
The password is case sensitive, please make sure you have caps lock on/off where necessary. Follow the steps for Forgot Password. If you have done this and the password is still not working, email events@proofexperiences.com and we will reset the password for you.
To join a live session, please ensure you are logged into the event and click on Main Stage.
During the Main Stage you can engage by using the chat window.
Click here to access the Photobooth on event day. Ensure you allow device's camera access to take a photo.
You will have the choice to select a custom background and frame and add stickers onto your photo. Your photo may be shared in the Smith gallery but please feel free to share on your personal social media accounts and use the hashtag #SmithCelebrates2021 or tag us @SmithBusiness.
To save your photo on your personal computer, please right click the photo and “Save As”.
To join your breakout session, click the button below the video player displaying your breakout program name. This will take you to a Zoom link where you can participate in the session.
In your program specific breakout, you will be given directions on how to interact with speakers/each other.
The recording of the event will be uploaded to Smith Stream after the event. Your Program Manager or Program Office will share this link with you once it’s available.
We recommend using Google Chrome as the browser of choice. If you are still having issues, please check your internet connection. Moving your computer closer to the wireless internet router or plugging an ethernet cable directly into your computer from the router can improve your internet connection. We recommend you close other browsers, log off VPN and be mindful of how many other devices are connected to the same internet connection within your space.
