Each level of the on-site parking facilities offers accessible, barrier-free parking spots that provide easy ramp access to elevators. Note that as public parking, CIBC SQUARE can’t guarantee how many spaces are available on a given day. There are also various municipal lots (Green P) dotted across the financial district core.

During the conference, the attire is casual. The Evening Social, taking place on November 20, from 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm, will be held on the CIBC SQUARE property, and will also be casual attire.

Parking at One King West Hotel - There is limited valet only parking is available on a first come first serve basis at a charge of $60.00 plus taxes for overnight parking, overnight parking is valid to 12:00PM noon on day of departure, thereafter an additional charge will apply.

Parking at Union Hotel Toronto - Guests can pull their vehicle in front of the Hotel in the loading zone (unavailable from 8:00 am - 10:00 am and 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm) and Union Hotel staff will direct to a public parking lot within walking distance to the hotel.
