To encourage broad participation, the IESO will reimburse travel and accommodation expenses for up to three community representatives per Nation (two leadership representatives and one Community Energy Champion, if applicable), in accordance with the Government of Ontario’s Travel, Meal and Hospitality Directive. For your convenience, you may access and complete an expense claim reimbursement form.

Parking at One King West Hotel:
There is limited valet only parking is available on a first come first serve basis at a charge of $60.00 plus taxes for overnight parking, overnight parking is valid to 12:00PM noon on day of departure, thereafter an additional charge will apply.
